Why was A.V.A created?
Accountable Visionaries with Ambition provides group-based mentoring, created to bridge the gap between children who want to be matched one-on-one but are unfortunately on a wait list. A.V.A gives these children the ability to be seen, heard, and mentored. A.V.A is a safe space to boldly be themselves, while growing and investing in their communities. A.V.A. is free to join.
What to expect from these meetings?
- Each meeting will recap your child's week.
- Group-based check-in conversation.
- Hands on individual and team building skills.
- One meeting a month will consist of community engagement i.e. community service.
- Snacks and refreshments provided
